Are you ready to be part of an exciting transformation journey? We are excited to offer an exclusive opportunity for a Change Analyst to join a ground-breaking Transformation Programme. This Fixed-Term Contract role which starts in October 2023 and will run to October 2024 will report to the Change Manager, and is your chance to make a significant impact on an exciting digital transformation.

As part of the Transformation Programme, you'll contribute to the evolution of ou business into a scalable, resilient, and innovative entity. They want someone to help join the team to deliver a seamless digital customer experience by aiding in the implementation of the Transformation Programme. Your role as a Change Analyst will ensure business readiness, facilitate smooth implementation, and enable successful employee adoption of new working methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct change impact analyses and produce necessary documentation.
• Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
• Develop change strategies and plans for approval by stakeholders.
• Create end-user test cases and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Support communication and HR workstreams with essential materials.
• Document end-user roles and contribute to impact analysis.
• Assist in scoping training requirements and produce training materials.
• Help define and maintain a robust change governance framework.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare project materials and manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Ideally you will be a graduate with experience supporting a change programme in a complex organisation. You will have strong PM skills as well as be a good problem solver. You will be analytical with excellent communication skills.

In addition to this you must have strong MS Office skills, be able to work with cross functional teams and have proven experience of helping to deliver process improvement.
