Our incredible Business Services and Outsourcing team are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Director to come and join the team and push us on to our next phase of growth.

As a Business Services and Outsourcing Director, you will be passionate about building relationships – both externally with your client portfolio and new prospects, as well as internally with the wider leadership and more junior team staff within your team. You need to be adaptable and versatile to effectively oversee the delivery of assignments across your portfolio, in addition to supporting clients with complex queries and providing advice and solutions which are tailor-fit for their needs.

As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role. It’s hard work… and you love it.

You thrive on getting the best outcomes for your clients, you relish the hands-on leadership and the opportunity to guide and mentor the next generation, and you take pride in the satisfaction of spotting and resolving issues at the heart of business activity.

As the ideal candidate you will be/have:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
• Experience of managing a portfolio of OMB/SME clients
• Experience in managing client relationships and dealing with complex client queries
• Leadership experience at a management grade
