Job description
The main duties of the job include the daily running of the ward, supported by the ward manager and clinical educator whilst additionally taking own workload of up to two patients. The post holder will be expected to manage flow within the hospital, discharges and support junior members of the nursing team. Whilst also assisting the ward manager in audits, appraisals and sickness management.
