We have achieved a great deal in recent years. We are now seeking to appoint a new Director of Public Health to enable us to go even further, making measurable differences to the health and wellbeing of our residents. Reporting to our Director of Education and Inclusion, you will help us reduce inequality in Warrington and will be a driving force in supporting our communities to thrive.
This is a broad, exciting and innovative role that will offer an ambitious Public Health professional the opportunity to make a real impact. We are seeking to appoint a visionary and motivational system- leader, with a proven track record of public health success and extensive experience of partnership working.
As a key member of the Council’s Leadership Team, the role provides you with the opportunity to really make your mark. Working across the wider health and care system in both Warrington and across Cheshire and Merseyside, your influence will reach across the borough and beyond.
If you have the ambition and expertise to help us make a real impact in Warrington, then we would love to hear from you. It is important that you are a registered GMC, GDC or UK PHR public health specialist with significant experience in all areas of public health practice.
