Credit Controller
A fantastic opportunity with one of the leading property investment and property management organisations in the UK is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to their headquarters in the Midlands.
Aa a Credit Controller you will oversee the credit control process and manage a portfolio of clients, your main focus will be on effective debt collection, minimizing aged debt, and resolving client issues and queries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect debt from clients efficiently and effectively.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails to ensure timely communication.
- Work to reduce aged debt through proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers when necessary to push for query resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive notes and ensure up-to-date diary management.
Person Specification:
Our client is looking for a Credit Controller who possesses the following qualities:
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Previous credit control experience is necessary (at least 2 years).
- Experience in property credit control is beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications/Training:
- No specific qualifications necessary.
- Training will be provided on an ongoing basis.
