Position: Unit Manager - Registered Nurse
Pay Rate: £21 - £23 per hour (depending on experience),Earn up to £52,000 per annum + Excellent benefits package
Location: Woking, Surrey
Schedule: Flexible Hours Available, Supernumerary Shifts

Responsibilities as a unit manager:
* Oversee a small unit within the nursing home
* Collaborate with staff nurses & carers to ensure residents receive best person centred care
* Supervise, mentor, and motivate nursing staff
* Report to the home manager, ensuring effective task completion
* Provide comfort, warmth and support to residents and staff
