Job Title: Senior Nurse (RGN)
Location: Hitchin
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 3 shifts
Shifts: 07:45 am - 20:45 pm
Salary: £38,000 per annum + weekend enhancements of 30%

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high standards of holistic care.
- Develop and implement care plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and carers to assess and meet individual care needs.
- Participate in the assessment of potential service users in coordination with health commissioners.
- Liaise with external healthcare professionals and agencies to facilitate comprehensive care delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership and support the professional development of team members.
- Coordinate service user admissions and discharges.
- Offer clinical advice and support in response to inquiries.
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with post-registration experience.
- Knowledgeable about best clinical practices for the client group.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation in the independent care sector.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.
- Experience in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence clinical practice and promote service user involvement.
