Remuneration: Circa £100,000+

Description: 

Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-3 days per (FLEXIBLE) in a MODERN & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Handsworth, Birmingham.
•    £14 PER UDA
•    High private conversion potential
•    50% split on PVT and Labs
•    3 part-time associates already at practice, recruiting due to patient demand
•    2 Modern Surgeries - Belmont Chairs
•    iTero Scanner
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary Endo
•    9:30am-6:00pm (flexible hours)
•    Saturdays on a rota - 9:00am-1:00pm (1 per month)
•    Practice offers Invisalign
•    On-street parking
•    Experienced support team
•    Long standing associates/staff for additional support
•    Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
