Land Manager - Devon
RGB Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Land Manager to join a well-established contractor on a permanent basis. Based in the heart of Devon, the Land Manager will oversee all land purchase activity and acquisition of commercial developments locations across the region. Responsibilities: - Effectively manage the land function
- Manage all projects from initial site identification through appraisal and approval to the point of purchase
- Liaise with all internal teams and external consultants / authorities as required
- Take responsibility for all land purchase activity and maintain the land schedule
- Report directly to the director on potential and existing land acquisitions

- Setting budgets, minimizing risks, maximising opportunities
- Manage all projects from initial site identification through appraisal and approval to the point of purchase
- Liaise with all internal teams and external consultants / authorities as required
- Take responsibility for all land purchase activity and maintain the land schedule
- Report directly to the director on potential and existing land acquisitions
Requirements: - Proven track record in negotiating land transactions
- Strong management skills with the ability to influence
- A good understanding of debt and development appraisals
- Confident in presenting to key stakeholders
- Willing to travel, relevant UK driving licence
