Job description

To support significant growth we're looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join the marketing team in our Swindon office. The Email Marketing Executive will contribute to the development and execution of our email strategy for the UK (working with Group), supporting lead generation to achieve our business objectives. To be a good fit for this position we expect you to have some experience of email marketing campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Email Marketing Lead, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Contribute and execute the email marketing strategy and plan that aligns to the wider Group and UK marketing strategy.
• Create demand with our prospect target market and speaking to our in-life audience to support acquisition, cross-sales and retention.
• Execute email marketing campaigns across functions, through the client’s life cycle journey.
• Be aware of key performance metrics, such as but not limited to audience engagement, opens, and clicks and recommend suggestions for improvement.
• Assist with the relationship with data providers, including support for transactional data pulling.
• Be aware of the email activity budget and assist with management where needed.
• Assist and support on working relationships with email sending platforms and email contractors. 

KPIs:

• Volume and quality of email marketing qualified leads.
• Execution of email activities.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Email marketing skills and experience.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve where necessary, as well as to work as an integral part of the team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Effective, versatile and action-oriented; able to engage in marketing planning discussions, manage the operational delivery, and to roll up your sleeves for all levels of tasks required.
