Internal Sales Executive
Hybrid working
£25,000 + Commission Monday to Friday Flexi Hours Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our highly reputable client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit a Sales and Renewals Executive to join their growing team!
My client has some really ambitious growth plans for the coming years so this would be a great opportunity for someone with drive and someone wanting a career
The main initial purpose of the role will be to work with the Account Managers to establish an effective renewals process that, in a GDPR compliant fashion, is able to contact the existing customers and renew the contract and to recognise opportunities to offer alternative brand solutions.
As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for: - Manage current customers, whose Contract Hire agreement is due to end in defined time frame, and offer a new agreement, an extension or to confirm end of contract procedures.
- Become comfortable with/expert in the operation of the internal systems in order to be able to conduct the above efficiently and effectively.
- Build a strong working relationship with customers, working collaboratively together in a partnership to ensure client and team objectives are met.
- Become the first line of contact for direct sales and be able to take customers efficiently through to sale.
- Become first line of contact for web leads and enquiries from the website/webchat
- Maximise the sale of maintenance agreements to contract hire customers and any future add on products
- Build and maintain professional, effective relationships with all internal and external departments
- Ensure the accurate reporting and administration of all sales and activities
- To share best practices and improvements across the wider team
- Ad hoc tasks as agreed with the Account Manager
