Job Description - Receptionist Accountable to Assistant Practice Manager / Practice Manager The role of the receptionist is to be a member of the team contributing to the smooth running of the practice by ensuring that all enquiries from patients, in person or by telephone, are handled efficiently and courteously. Record keeping and distribution of documents should be undertaken efficiently and promptly. The role involves liaison with the doctors and other members of staff in a clear and logical manner.
