What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high quality
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop and update menus
What you bring:
- Proven experience in a culinary role, with supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Excellent organisation and communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
