Due to the continuous growth and expansion of a well-established global Manufacturing & Distribution company in the Sheffield area, we have an opportunity for a CNC Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based at their modern UK Head office site which is both commutable from Sheffield and Rotherham and accessible via public transport.

Working as a CNC Programmer you will be reporting into the CNC Manager your responsibilities will be:

• Programming CNC Turning machines.
• Understanding and reading engineering drawings.
• Produce and create products to customer specifications.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.

This role would suit candidates with previous experience working as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, CNC Turner, CNC Lathe Operator or CNC Miller within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment.

The successful CNC Programmer will:

• Have previous experience programming Mazak and Mori's.
• Experience in CNC Turning.
• Be competent reading from engineering drawings.
• Have previous experience working in a similar role.
