Job description
Our client, a global music company, is seeking an experienced L&D Manager for a twelve month FTC.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Providing learning interventions and experiences to both groups and individuals within the business.
· Leading and managing the company’s UK based employees learning suite.
· Facilitating L&D sessions.
· Conducting analysis, reviews and modifications based on feedback and data.
· Developing a comprehensive engagement plan for talent attraction and retention.
· Line managing one Learning and Development Coordinator.
· Contributing to the L&D function ability to adapt and deliver optimally the business’ needs.
· Overseeing a L&D curriculum that supports employees’ career pathways, personal growth, and cultural enhancement.
· Consulting on the most effective solutions to help support and deliver learning, working with the wider L&D team.
Requirements:
· Degree in HR/Psychology is desirable.
· Coaching/facilitative diploma/accreditation is preferred.
· Chartered CIPD qualified is desirable.
· Proven ability design, deliver and facilitate development sessions.
· Comfortable to implement iterations and seek feedback.
· Experience designing, creating content, and implementing learning solutions for individuals and groups.
· Experience working in a media or music business is preferred.
· Experience using psychometric testing is desirable.
· Understanding of learning styles, psychometrics, and development programmes.
· Experience with budget management.
· Comfortable working with a range of people’s needs within a large organisation.
· Strong relationship builder and collaborator.
· Skilled at managing people.
· Willing to work autonomously and take initiative and ownership of tasks.
· Uses a consultative approach.
· Clear communicator.
· Willing to challenge processes and apply skills and knowledge.
· Able to manage workload against deadlines that may conflict.
· Available to start immediately.
