Tejay Sportswear Limited is a successful sports sock manufacturer based in Narborough, Leicester.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to expand our established team.
On offer is a full-time position with a competitive salary, depending on skills and experience.
General Overview
As an office-based Account Manager working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, you will manage and develop your existing customer portfolio, including processing incoming orders accurately and promptly.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing daily orders from a range of sportswear brands and school brands.
- To manage and respond to a high demand of customer emails.
- Develop a good working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Manage and develop an existing customer base.
- Creating CADs with the use of Adobe Illustrator/Visuals of socks for customers' bespoke requirements (all training to be provided).
- General admin duties, such as invoicing.
Essential Skill/Qualifications
- Maths & English to minimum level 4 or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload.
- An understanding of manufacturing is desirable, but not essential.
