HR Advisor
Salary: £40,000 + 15% Bonus + Great Package & Scope. Office Based

This global leader in the engineering, manufacture and application of unique systems, is looking for an HR Advisor to join their growing team, based in Skelmersdale.
Reporting to the Site Director and an offsite HR Manager, you will lead the day-to-day HR operations for their 220-employee site, with the support of an HR Officer.
Specific duties will include;
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced or aspiring HR generalist, looking to develop and progress in their career by being exposed to a variety of HR duties. Suitable applicants will have previous HR Advisor level experience, with excellent knowledge of UK employment law and an ability to manage employee relation cases through to resolution.
You will have good leadership skills, strong IT and reporting skills and, the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels of seniority.
N.B. Due to the nature of the business, this role is office based and you must have a flexible willingness to travel to other locations within the group when required (Gloucester and Nottingham). Driving licence and your own car required - Full expenses provided.
