You’ll be joining our award-winning team and will be selling products and services to existing customers online or over the phone, as well as sourcing new sales opportunities.

Proven inside sales experience and a track record of over-achieving quota would be considered advantageous. This role has a base salary plus commission element, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Note: This role can work from either our Coventry or Leicester offices on a hybrid basis with a minimum of one day per week spent in the office. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and matching them with the best solutions
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Collaborating with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Performing effective online presentations and demonstrations to prospects
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven inside sales experience and track record of over-achieving quota advantageous
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively whilst thinking and planning strategically
- Strong customer service orientation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
