Job description
- Consolidation lead for the EMEA P&L for budget, forecast and actuals. Reviewing results and providing detailed variance analysis to explain the business impacts.
- Lead the consolidation of the weekly DMR & monthly Sales Planning cycles, working closely with the local market teams to ensure that the submissions are accurate and the variances well documented and understood.
- Working with the FP&A manager for Distribution to drive alignment and understanding of key volume drivers at the different forecast cycles across the year.
- Key finance support for the EMEA process.
- Work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager, to support the Director of FP&A and Strategy & Senior Finance Director with Reporting, Analysis and Insights for the EMEA region as required.
- Leverage best practice in reporting and BI through the EMEA Regional FP&A team, ensuring consistency of reporting and analysis across the region and business area.
