We are looking for a talented Building Services Engineer to oversee the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the building services within our mixed-use properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical services. Key Responsibilities: - System Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, collaborating with the maintenance team to address any concerns.
- Energy Efficiency: Implement and oversee energy conservation initiatives to optimize resource usage and reduce environmental impact.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate building services-related projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Compliance: Ensure that all building services adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, contractors, and external service providers to maintain effective communication and coordination.
