Position Summary:

This role is a temporary position until Jan 2025 within the EMEA Total Rewards team. The role will focus on providing support on a range of country and multi country projects across both compensation and benefits. The role will have a specific focus on providing technical support on existing benefits planforms and working with the country teams on the annual benefit enrolment, as well as adding in new populations from acquired companies.

The scope also includes work on global initiative such as the annual compensation process, survey submission, recognition program.

Supports projects related to country and regional benefit programs, together with system solutions using existing or new benefit platforms. This will include looking at the interfaces between the benefit platforms and workday, as well as to other systems such as payroll.

At Band 7 Professional; have wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways. May lead processes, projects, or initiatives across compensation and benefit platform. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

Role Specifics

• Provide technical support and advise to the regional and global Total Reward team on systems supporting compensation and benefits, such as Workday and Darwin and guide the internal solution design process within the team as well as guide the build and test process, where applicable.
• Play a key role in global initiatives and annual projects such as the annual compensation cycles and review of pay data.
• Provide technical support / consulting on country and cross-country projects within EMEA
• Lead and coordinate certain initiatives at a project or work stream level.
• Act as coordinator on changes within system configuration to ensure moving toward one country / region approach in line with one HR philosophy.
• Act as a link between Total Reward Team and technical teams supporting Workday, benefits systems etc. Where applicable provide Relationship Management for defined vendors

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Significant experience in compensations and benefits across multiple organization
• Solid understanding of Workday
• Preferably have experience of flexible benefits technology (e.g. Darwin).
