Job description
Position Summary:
This role is a temporary position until Jan 2025 within the EMEA Total Rewards team. The role will focus on providing support on a range of country and multi country projects across both compensation and benefits. The role will have a specific focus on providing technical support on existing benefits planforms and working with the country teams on the annual benefit enrolment, as well as adding in new populations from acquired companies.
The scope also includes work on global initiative such as the annual compensation process, survey submission, recognition program.
Supports projects related to country and regional benefit programs, together with system solutions using existing or new benefit platforms. This will include looking at the interfaces between the benefit platforms and workday, as well as to other systems such as payroll.
At Band 7 Professional; have wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways. May lead processes, projects, or initiatives across compensation and benefit platform. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
