Job description
What you will do in your working day
- To provide the highest standards of quality care and education, supporting children through their learning journey
- To work in close partnership and to develop and maintain good relationships with parents / carers and other family members.
- Participate in both internal and external training as well as staff and parent meetings to develop own practice and improve outcomes for the nursery and the children in our care
- To participate room meetings to ensure good team motivation, information sharing and planning.
- Ensure room and equipment is kept safe, clean, tidy and presentable at all times and complete daily risk assessment.
- To be flexible within working practices of nursery. Be prepared to help where needed
The training you will be getting
- Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Standard
- Functitional skills (if required)
- All training is worked based (no college days)
