About The Role

If you are passionate about enabling people affected by dementia to share their experiences and be heard, then this could be just the role for you!

Dementia Voice activities enable people affected by dementia to have a voice. They do this by using their experiences to influence the work both of Alzheimer's Society and the health and social care environment on matters to improve the quality of their lives.

You'll be offering appropriate practical support to individuals taking part in Dementia Voice activities and this may include accompanying a person affected by dementia, if required, to Dementia Voice activities (this may be by car, on foot or by public transport). You’ll support with administration tasks for activities and events for example, by making phone calls and will also engage with people affected by dementia to support the coordination of Dementia Voice events.
