Job Description:
Overstone Park Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Administrator to join our dedicated team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in school administration within the rewarding field of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the school's SEN records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the accurate logging of EHCPs, tracking changes and updates as required.
- Facilitate effective communication with the SEN Department on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Handle parent queries professionally, providing necessary information and support.
- Oversee and coordinate annual reviews in collaboration with the local authorities.
- Collaborate with other school administrators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.
- Work with safeguarding leads.
- Expertise in Annual Reviews.
- Understanding of policy and Local Authority.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in school administration or as a Teaching Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the SEN processes, EHCPs, and annual reviews is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of students with special needs.
