Mildenhall College Academy is looking to appoint an Assistant SENCO who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.
About you
We are looking for an individual who has experience of working with children with SEND to support their learning, to promote the academy values and support the SENCO on all aspects of special educational needs provision in the academy. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
The successful candidate will be led by example and build strong relationships, working in partnership with parents and carers to secure the best outcomes for our students. Previous experience of working with children with SEND to support their learning is essential.
