Job description

Keen to deliver exciting construction projects in the New Forest which will help it thrive for the future?  

Working within a small, friendly team of Estates and Facilities professionals, you will play a key role in managing and delivering our ambitious programme of construction projects for the Council and residents to secure a vibrant New Forest.

Grab your boots! You will be professionally qualified in construction/property and from the outset will work with colleagues to determine project objectives and outline a scope of works, leading any necessary procurement and managing the input of a wide variety of external consultants, engineers and contractors, and critically the relevant internal stakeholders.

You will establish the key drivers and ensure that the project is delivered to the operational team on time and budget, ensuring that quality is monitored throughout and will always represent the best interests of the Council. You must be able to demonstrate this relevant construction experience across multiple and varied projects.
