Job description

The Commercial Property Solicitor (In house) will have the following responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all legal matters and queries
Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property documentation including lease agreements
Draft correspondence and provide advice on legal matters and breaches
Prepare legal notices
Work closely with external counsel when required, ensuring effective communication is in place and deadlines are upheld.
