Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company NPD and contribute to the identification of new ideas.
• Manage multi-complex projects while developing the NPD team.
• Take responsibility for the end-to-end NPD process from concept to launch.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an NPD Manager in Food Manufacturing.
• Experience with Bakery or Ready to Eat products.
• Keen to take a hands on, proactive approach.
