Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Credit Controller to join a fantastic international renowned Services business in Wakefield. With some restructuring in the team this role has now become open. As a business who are constantly looking to improve this person should be looking to constantly improve and upskill.

Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, key duties of the Credit Control will include:

• Taking credit card payments, making collection notes and chasing debtors by phone and/or email. * Raising credit/write off/refund requests
• Setting up customers, following the City & Guilds Centre Approval Process
• Setting and monitoring credit limits on a continual basis
• Encouraging your customers to set up direct debits and to accept electronic billing and statements * Maximising collections by reaching and then surpassing your KPIs

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:

Previous experience in Credit Control

Strong excel skills

Confident communicator

£25,000 base salary
