Job Description

We are actively looking to appoint a Warehouse Operative on a fixed term basis to join our successful Distrubution Centre team in our Radcliffe branch. If you are a hardworking, flexible individual who can work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service, this may be the right opportunity for you!

Warehouse Assistant

Your job

In this role as a Warehouse Operative some of the duties involve:

• Providing customers with product and service information
• Pick customer orders accurately
• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
• Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline
• Serve customers on the trade counter when required
• Customer interaction

Qualifications

You will come to us with:

• Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills
• Literacy & Numeracy
• A hardworking & helpful individual to train in all aspects of our operation
• An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing
• A good knowledge of computers
• Forklift truck licence
