We are seeking a skilled and reliable Reprographics Technician to join our school's business support team based in Burnley. As this school's Reprographics Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning by providing high-quality reprographic services. Your main responsibilities will include designing and producing materials for classroom use, school productions, and other ad hoc requests. You will also support with marketing duties including promoting the school's brand, attracting students, and engaging with the community.

This is a full-time, temporary position to start in March for at least half a term.

Your new role

• Handling tasks such as printing exam papers, creating school production materials, and fulfilling any other ad hoc requests.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining reprographics equipment within our school.
• Utilise copiers, scanners, and printers to create documents, brochures, leaflets, and images.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
• Manage print queues, prioritise orders and maintain an organised reprographics area.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reprographic services to staff and students.
• Collaborate with the administration team to meet the reprographic needs of the school.
• Liaise with staff and delegate tasks to the administration team, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract prospective students, parents, and the local community.
• Create compelling content for brochures, social media, and the school website.
• Support the school's digital presence on social media and review sites.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a reprographics role or similar position.
• Previous marketing experience is ideal, but not essential.
• Proficiency in using reprographic equipment and software.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of school administrative processes is advantageous.
