Job description

This is an opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join an established Health, Safety & Security team for a major civils and infrastructure company ensuring the highest standards of safety are met from project delivery to internal processes and procedure. This role is about developing and embedding best in class safety culture across every area of large and complex organisation. To take on this role you would ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Advisor or Manager within a main contractor or potentially consultancy environment, ideally with experience in rail, highways, energy, utilities or O&G. One of the key aims of this role is to develop safety culture programmes and influence behaviours at every level of the organisation working with the Head of Health & Safety across quality, assurance and risk management. This opportunity would be well suited to someone who wants to move into a client-side environment, where they can bring about genuine change within an organisations’ safety culture. This is an urgent role to join part of a growing team in London or Milton Keynes, salary range is �45,000 to �50,000 with a substantial benefits package on top.
