Job description
Salisbury CAMHS is a multidisciplinary team, with 1 current qualified CWP, whilst our neighbouring teams of Melksham, Marlborough and BaNES CAMHS have both trainees and qualified CWPs. The CWPs across the BSW CAMHS service work together for therapeutic groups, supervision, research meetings, and for annual away days. Despite the geographical distance, we work together as one very supportive team. There are a huge range of benefits to joining the friendly team here at Salisbury CAMHS; monthly shared lunch, a huge emphasis on staff wellbeing, a gym/leisure centre and caf next door to our building the list goes on! This role within CAMHS aims to develop the Low Intensity CBT offer within the Getting Help part of our services. It represents an opportunity for clinicians who have knowledge and experience in using evidence-based low intensity interventions to develop their careers, and support the development of this new, exciting service for young people and their families.
