With their passion for delighting consumers with their innovative products, they have created a new role for a talented Innovations Chef.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Culinary you’ll be a key member of the innovations team with an influential role in creating delicious new concepts. You’ll also be working cross-functionally with commercial, category and development teams to drive the NPD Pipeline ensuring you bring the food agenda to life.

You’ll foster great relationships with customers to understand their values and needs, building a creative pipeline of products across multiple categories. You will be able to identify emerging food and consumer trends, sharing your learnings across the team so that you can leap on opportunities ahead of your competitors. As well as developing and testing new recipes with your culinary expertise, you will also be leading internal and external presentations, food events and food culture projects.

The Candidate

A super talented Development Chef who has experience of fine dining as well as food manufacturing and is now looking for a role where there is a focus on innovation / first to market products across multiple categories. This is a high profile role so you will need to have excellent communication and food presentation skills along with the ability to effectively articulate your ideas internally and with customers.

As well as having strong commercial awareness and creative flair, you’ll have experience of encouraging creative thinking within a team. You’ll love nothing better than keeping up to date with new food trends and have an innate ability to inspire others. Experience in food manufacturing is essential as you’ll need to understand how to translate ideas into successful products that are commercially viable.
