This person in this role must be able to work in person at our office and on client site, work remotely, and be flexible to travel depending on client needs.

Our current London office location is Soho, a couple of minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road tube stations. We have our own office plus access to all WorkLife offices across the UK.

Position Summary & Requirements

This role works on assignments across our full spectrum of clients managing own delivery of specific inputs. Demonstrates the core level of skills, tools and techniques required, able to work autonomously. Develops a depth of knowledge to be able to operate at Specialist level. 

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Delivering end to end Change Management principles across a range of clients, familiar with the full lifecycle of projects
• Supporting the wider team on client work
• Identifying issues and risks looking for resolution and escalating when appropriate
• Ensuring effective transition of deliverables to the client
• Producing clear client correspondence and reports, selecting most appropriate style to achieve desired outcome

Must have knowledge and experience:

• 3 years in a similar position (transferable skills considered)
• Skills including, project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing, intervention planning and good written and verbal communications
• Certification in Change Management = advantageous
• German written and spoken language = advantageous
• ERP experience = advantageous
