Job Description
We are looking to hire a Care Team Leader with strong knowledge of home care and preferably with previous leadership experience.
- Reporting to the Registered Care Director.
- To lead, support, and manage our Care Professionals.
- Conducting observations on team members to promote best practices.
- Carrying out reviews for service users to ensure the best possible strengths-based support is provided.
- To work within safeguarding guidelines, confidentiality, and GDPR
- Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations.
What we desire from candidates.
- Your own car and full UK driving license.
- Ideally level 3 qualified in Health and Social Care (or level 2 in Health and Social Care but be willing to work towards level 3)
- Office based 50% & out in the field 50% (this will be discussed at interview)
- Be available to work 37.50 hours a week.
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude to work.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Participate in “on-call” duties as required. Currently 1 week in 3.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
Qualifications
- Capable of setting high personal/professional standards so our Care Professionals take the lead from you.
- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Experience of working with MAR charts and medication in a supervisory role.
- Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Salary of £20,500.00 + 1 in 3 week on call payment.
