Construction Project Manager

This is a position in construction not IT.

The role

Position: Project Manager
Sector: Refurbishment, Fit Out
Location of office: Walsall
Full Time Contact to Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish Ensure all contracts are completed on time, within budget and meet the necessary quality standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders including subcontractors

Candidate Requirements

Located in the Coventry
Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field MUST have fit out experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management.
Must have a Clean Driving License as the role requires travelling to sites/meetings Strong communication, organisation and problem–solving skills Good knowledge of construction standards, regulations and codes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
