Position Overview: As our clients Corporate Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of the operations, seamlessly blending hospitality with administrative prowess. Your days will be dynamic, encompassing reception duties, facilities administration, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• First Impression Maven: Extend a warm welcome to our visitors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they step through our doors.

• Master of Meetings: Efficiently manage our meeting rooms using Outlook, coordinating AV setups and catering arrangements with precision and grace.

• Communication Maestro: Field incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and promptness, leaving no query unanswered.

• Supplier Liaison Extraordinaire: Forge and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing supplies, and overseeing logistical arrangements flawlessly.

• Facilities Facilitator: Take charge of post, courier services, and taxi bookings, ensuring smooth operations at every turn.

• Office Oasis Support: Provide invaluable assistance to the Office Manager, lending a helping hand wherever needed to keep our office running like a well-oiled machine.
