Electrician (Facilities Management)
Lisburn 
£32k to £38k and Van & Benefits 

Based in Lisburn, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to be a key part of our client’s team for a demanding work load in their Facilities Division.

Our clients are Construction Contractor with a Facilities Division. The Electrician will be responsible for ongoing checks, testing, maintenance and reactive works in accommodations and facilities on site.

This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Occasional weekend/out of hours work will be required, holidays, pension, benefits.

Day to Day:

• Electrical maintenance tasks, including general maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshooting in order to diagnose and correct faults.
• Carry out planned maintenance, daily, weekly, monthly etc.
• Efficient planning of tasks and ability to read drawings.
• Maintaining working relationship with client site teams and customers.
• Adhering to health & safety and housekeeping standards.

Experience & qualifications:

• Fully Qualified Electrician with Level 2 Qualification and 18th Edition.
• 3 years’ experience and experience within FM.
• Experience of administering various forms of contracts.
• Strong knowledge of general building works.
• Good time management and organised.
• UK Driving Licence / CSR Card / ECS / CSCS.
