Affinity Trust are recruiting for a new full time Administrator to join our central recruitment team to support the recruitment function to our services all over the UK.

This is great opportunity to join a positive, lively & busy team, to conduct pre-employment checks for new staff coming into the organisation and be responsible for your own caseload of candidates.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrator who will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from the point of conditional offer through all pre-employment checks.

The role requires regular communication with candidates & Managers via telephone (plus video calls and emails), so you need to enjoy speaking to people & be a confident communicator, who can guide people through the recruitment process.

You will ensure all recruitment paperwork and checks are conducted in a timely manner and aid a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience at all points of the recruitment cycle.

Skills & Experience

You will need to be an experienced Administrator, ideally with a background working in a recruitment compliance or a HR environment with excellent communication skills.

You will need to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be very proficient in Microsoft Office and have used an Applicant Tracking System/CRM to manage candidates. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have a high level of detail and accuracy.

You must be able to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.

This role is Hybrid working with regular travel to the Thame offices required.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
