What you will do in your working day

Crosby Insurance is a small business in Team Valley. We are fast-paced, customer-centric and professional.

Our work environment includes:

• Speaking with customers on the telephone and face to face and directing them to the appropiate department
• Updating systems electronically, ensuring all records are up to date
• Working as part of a team
• Passing on accurate messages for team members
• Typing letters and emails
• Using computer software systems

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
• End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you'll get the opportunity to learn:
