Hospital Director Position in Battersea, London
Salary: £85,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm

About the Role:
As a seasoned Hospital Director, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our 21-bedded hospital specialising in acute mental health care. Your expertise will drive the implementation of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring the delivery of safe and therapeutic care. With your leadership, we aim to achieve excellence in all aspects of hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges promptly.
Develop and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
Oversee compliance with the Mental Health Act 1983 in treatment and assessment processes.
Direct recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff across various departments.
Manage resources effectively, including staff scheduling and equipment allocation.
Stay abreast of advancements in healthcare, technology, and regulatory requirements.
Attend and contribute to governance board meetings, ensuring clear communication channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior managerial role within an acute mental health hospital setting.
Ideally hold a NMC pin, though not essential.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
