A rapidly growing investment firm based in Green Park is looking for a Personal Assistant to join the firm to support a small investment team. This is a chance to be in a newly created role meaning you have the chance to shape it to match your skills and ambitions in a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy PA supporting a small team meaning there will be lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

• Extensive diary management for the senior management team
• Booking all travel for the team and arranging hotels for these trips.
• Managing the expenses and invoices for the senior management team.
• Involved with team admin such as updating bio’s on the website, ordering stationery for the team, liaising with IT to assist with IT issues.
• Creating PowerPoints and updating investor packs.
• Proofreading client packs and adjusting grammar, formatting, company logos are inserted
• Supporting with the coordintion new starters. 
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have solid experience in a similar PA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:

• 5 years experience as a PA
• Experience in financial services would be beneficial
• Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
• Proactive nature
• Collaborative
• Strong MS office skills.
• High attention to detail
