Job description
We have an exciting position available for a Sales Administrator to join a growing family-run SME based in Barnet. Your role as a Sales Administrator is to process and manage orders from purchase to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Order Acknowledgment sent after every order received
- Get proofs to supplier, chase supplier for proof & chase customer for approval.
- Purchase Orders – created & sent to supplier
- Keeping customer informed of job status
- Liaise with Finance Manager regarding pro-forma payments before job goes into production
- Any problems to be reported within 1 hour to Sales contact
- Ensure filing is done regularly & diligently
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
