Job description
Role Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to join our dynamic and friendly team located in Reading.
Experience/Attributes Required:
- Previous experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery work, representing Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, and private individuals.
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including corporate and personal insolvency.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software with excellent keyboard skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Client following is desirable.
Work Type:
- Manage own caseload and advance files under the supervision of the Partner across a diverse range of cases.
- Provide supervisory support to junior team members.
- Participate in and attend business development events.
- Demonstrate a positive and ambitious attitude.
- Work efficiently in time-sensitive situations.
