What you will do in your working day
You’ll be supported to learn and grow, in real time, real account management, shaping our business with selected customers. Like our entire team, you’ll never stand still.
- Learn and develop organisational, manufacturing and product knowledge and category understanding.
- Meeting customers, identifying opportunities, needs, and solutions. Building sales skill set.
- Build knowledge of commercial and financial acumen (Understanding of profit & Loss, return on investment, budgeting, pricing, promotions, credit, terms agreements.)
- Discover and understand other roles within Sales including brand, category, customer services and demand planning.
- Support, plan, and attend Trade Events
- Interacting with multiple contacts, internally and externally.
The training you will be getting
- You will work towards a Sales Executive Level 4 qualifcation.
- Training will be delivered remotely, and you will have a blend of 80% on the job, and 20% off the job training.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Full time role with opportunities for a National Account Manager role.
