An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are seeking several shift leaders to work for EORI UK Ltd who deliver critical projects to ensure smooth trade between the U.K and EU post Brexit.

This role is temp to perm. Meet and greet is on Monday the 4 th of March 2024!

JOB PURPOSE:

You will be responsible for ensuring customer declarations are completed on time. Your role is about ensuring the team are organised and lead effectively to complete the daily tasks. To lead your team to exceed customer expectations and to closely monitor the teams overall performance. Offer feedback and coaching to the team to ensure they are high performers in every aspect. Ensure everything your team does is focused on quality. Understanding customs procedures is only part of the process, being able to manage the entire end-to-end sequencing EORI UK Limited will ensure that relevant training is given to enable you to carry out your duties.

MUST HAVES:

• Experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Customs/logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• You must be confident to speak on the phone.

SOME DUTIES:Eor

• The ability to communicate effectively with external customers, key stakeholders and colleagues
• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on company policies and practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Adhere to company policy and procedures and ensure compliance from your shift team.
• Accurate data entry
• Ensure the shift is adequately staffed
• Maintain compliance with current and evolving legislation and customs procedures
• Ensure compliance at all times
• The ability to work in a multi-software work environment
• Create development opportunities for experienced staff members
• Monitor team and capture performance data to develop staff members

HOURS:

• 8 hours a day between the hours of 6am-10pm
• You will be working 5 over 7 days (so weekends are included)

SALARY:

• £26,000 starting salary.
