Provide quality support Management and development of the Trusts IT Services and systems Management and development of the Trusts Telephony Services and systems Troubleshooting problems and supporting the End User Compute and Voice estate Network support (wired and wireless) Storage environments Active Directory management and remediation VMware and Cloud environment support Microsoft client and server products Server/client hardware and IT security Implement and develop processes across the 1st,2nd and 3rd line teams to improve workflow and knowledge management
