Procurement Administrator

Job description
Utilities and telecoms organisation requires a Procurement Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based role in the North London / Hertfordshire area.
Reporting to the Senior Buyer, responsibilities include:
- General administration
- Receipting invoices
- Obtaining approval for invoices
- Using Dynamics NAV Evision software
- Data entry
- Liaising between procurement and accounts departments
- Requesting PODs from company's suppliers
- Ensuring delivery notes are obtained and recorded
- Making sure invoices are aligned with quotations and purchase orders
- Determining if invoices have been pre-approved, requesting approval when necessary
- Archiving and completing credit applications
Experience:
- Excellent admin skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in procurement desired
