Job Description
The Finance Manager role is an interim role initially on a 12 month contract. Reporting directly to the Finance Director and supervising a Team of 3 Key duties will include:
- Manage a small team of finance assistants
- Oversee all aspects of purchase ledger processing
- Prepare supplier payment runs for approval
- Oversee Webexpenses process
- Oversee credit card expenses process
- Oversee all aspects of Fleet administration
- Manage Bank accounts including reconciliations
- Monthly cashflow reporting
- Intercompany transactions/control accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Payroll reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Assist with VAT reporting
- Assist in the completion of budgets and forecasts
- Assist Management Accountant in creating financial adhoc reports
- Process improvements - financial and non-financial across all companies
- Other ad hoc tasks to support the Finance team
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience of overseeing end to end Accounts Payable
- Have experience of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Be ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
- Be able to consider a 12 month contract
- Be confident on Excel to v look up and Pivot table level
